Die erste Single „Enjoy Yourself (It’s later than you think)” aus Meschiya Lakes neuem Album Looking The World Over (VÖ: 06.05.2022) bei Sungroove Records veröffentlicht. Die Auswahl des Stücks fand schon vor Beginn der Pandemie statt und in der Rückschau kommentiert Lake: „What a dark comedic timing“, das nun schon zum zweiten Mal der Fall ist, denn auch der VÖ-Termin der Single stand schon lange fest. 

Der Song ist ein Beispiel für die im New Orleans Jazz oft dunklen Texte, die ganz selbstverständlich mit fröhlicher Musik einhergehen: „In traditional New Orleans jazz, sometimes you have very dark lyrics paired with very happy sounding music so you can process that sorrow and dance it out and really go through the grief and not around it“.
